Behind the scenes:
went out with Hwee Woon and Kana
for cafe-hopping at Tanjong Pagar!!
first stop:
a neat burger joint
we shared two burgers
1) Smoked Salmon Avocado Burger
the milky taste of avocado just goes well with the smoked salmon
2) Portobello Mushroom Burger
i was surprised that i actually enjoyed it
it tasted like omelet especially with the margarine on the bread
their store is pretty homey with brick walls
and their desserts placed on wooden blocks
making the feel of the food rather organic

Second pit stop:
Cake Spade
we had their signature toufu cheesecake
and their super delicious
double chocolate brownie with vanilla ice cream

the last stop was
Department of Caffeine
both Kana and i had Elderflower Lemonade
while Hwee Woon had
some coffee (i'm personally not a fan of coffee) and Lavender Tea Cake
it was an awesome break
and cafe-hopping experience!
