Day 105:
dissection
Behind the scenes:
had animal physio lab today
and we are suppose to test the presence of sodium channels
in the frog's skin
so we had to have freshly killed frogs
so that the skin tissues are still fresh for the experiment
some groups went to another level and dissected the entire frog
maybe i haven't done dissection since secondary 3 bio class
i felt sick looking at the aftermath
till the next post.
