365 Faceless: Day 42

Day 42

drinking tea

Behind the scenes:

went cafe-hopping with Dhawani and Gowri today

it was a day filled with caffeine, sugar and endless laughter

first stop: Antoinette 

had tea and nougatine 

the orchid tea was surprisingly good

it was my second time eating Nougatine

and damn

it's still freaking awesome

we went around the Ann Siang Hill

there's this cute cake shop cum funky store

called Keiki Cake

unfortunately when we reached there

all the cakes were finished

walking down the road

i saw an adorable beetle 

Second stop: Shots.

it's a modern-looking coffee place

and i had affagato for the first time

had to pour tablespoons-ful of syrup to mask 60% of the the bitterness

tiramisu latte

they have instagram themed walls

which was pretty neat 

and i'm so happy

i mustered the courage 

(with the boost of Gowri and Dhawani) 

to go up to the barista to get a portrait

i just love the color her hair

and there's so much depth and character

we went to crash the lomo party

where there was a launch of an incoming Belair film camera

last stop: Le Chocolat Cafe

had their signature rainbow cake

and cheese pizza

the rainbow cake was sweet but rather one-directional taste

but it looks prettttyyyyy

it was a pretty awesome day

it's like a day of enjoyment

before the starting of school....
